Anything that natively syncs to Apple Health. Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Polar, Amazfit, and most others all work today. Fitbit needs a third-party bridge app since it doesn't sync to Apple Health natively. No wearable at all? You can still upload bloodwork PDFs, log meals, and enter fitness/strength tests manually. A wearable adds richer continuous data (sleep, heart rate, recovery), but it's not required.
Your data is encrypted end-to-end, stored on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and never sold to third parties. You retain full ownership and can export or delete it at any time. We use read-only OAuth connections — we never store your device credentials.
All your data — labs, wearable history, meals, AI chat memory — is permanently deleted from our systems. You can also export everything as a download before deleting, so you keep a copy.
